Hazelnut Praline Cake

#veganisnotscary when vegan dining is so relaxing. Prive at ACM has a very good selection of vegan 🍰 cakes. I enjoy my cake being moist & soft. Hazelnut Praline Cake fits me perfectly. The cake is very light which pairs very well with the TWG tea. After walking through the exhibition in the Asian Civilization Museum, @veganhubby & I walked into Prive for their teatime special. There is even outdoor dining overlooking the calm water of Singapore River. We stay indoor till evening & went outdoor to enjoy the breeze & the sun set. It wasn’t long when a mosquito decided to kiss & feast on @veganhubby & we went back in. 🤣We were very fortunate to have wonderful staff at Prive who helped with bringing our tea. The restaurant, with occasional diners, during the weekday tea specials makes it a very nice, quiet & cosy place to unwind, chill & relax. The cake, the tea & the relaxing ambience of #priveacm makes the date with @veganhubby a very memorable one. ❤️

The flavours are great, it’s the texture that isn’t fantastic. Some layers feel a little dry.

$9++. This was lovely and rich, reminds me of ferrero rocher. Was gonna order the red velvet cake but the server overheard and told us that their recipe changed and it’s not recommended LOL

Hazelnut vegan cake, the base is filled with nuts and served with some full hazelnut toppings. Great stuff but too sweet. Slightly pricier compared to their other vegan cakes.
