En su menú semanal ofrecían esta hamburguesa de legumbres, vegetales (lechuga, tomate, berenjena y cebolla caramelizada) y alioli. El pan y la hamburguesa son caseras. Va acompañada, en este caso, de un alioli para combinar con papas y batatas fritas. Estaba muy rica y volvería de nuevo a pedirla. Yes, that is a full-sized dinner plate that the burger is occupying!! I'm reviewing this dish a second time due to some changes: chick pea base made for such a distinct flavor and firmer texture (previouly reviewed lentil burger).
