Inspired by dessert golden playtime. It’s entirely gluten free. Texture is like an ice cream cake. 3 layers, bottom is cake, the other 2 layers are cashew based. I’d say it’s more nutritious than most desserts, very very satisfying. Owner said all cakes are available for order as a whole cake too.
