Bún Lứt Mọc

All around nice dish. The vermicelli is made from brown rice. The broth is on the sour umami side, not full on umami like phở broth. The toppings work well together. There’s a raw veggies side dish which you can ask to be poached if you want. Presentation can be better though 😁
