farinata Di Ceci Con Zucchine

Un po' unta per i miei gusti e anche troppo spessa. Io la farinata la amo sottile in modo che le verdure siano presenti in tutto l'impasto. Ma se anzi che come farinata la interpreto come un tortino di farina di ceci con zucchine allora la trovo buona e saporita😁 Servita con maionese alla barbabietola che ci sta molto bene. #farinata #farinadiceci #zucchine

It would have been a full 5/5 if the slice was a bit bigger

The presentation was very nice. The taste was OK but unfortunately doesn't taste too much. The consistency was to thick, I think there was too much flour.
