Speckknödel mit Rotkraut

Forky's is my favourite restaurant in Vienna. All their dishes are amazing and these vegan Speckknödel are no different. The taste is amazing and authentic to Austrian cuisine.

This is heaven. Potato dumplings filled with "bacon" served with red cabbage, crispy onions and sauce. It looks better, when it's not delivered, but it tastes amazing!
