Curry jacket potato

Kinda hard to make a curry in a jacket look pretty but dont be fooled by my terrible photo… the curry was soooo tasty with meat free chicken! The sauce was lovely and creamy I could have eaten it twice over. The jacket was fresh and fluffy with a crispy skin. Perfect 🥰
