Normally I don't like corn on pizza but everything from Boxcar is amazing. This consisted of a generous amount of luscious and creamy GOOD PLANeT Foods mozzarella, 🐮-free cheddar, roasted corn, cilantro, and lime aioli, garnished with a lime dipped in Tajín, a seasoning mix made with dried and ground red chilies, sea salt, and dehydrated lime juice, all on top of a thick sourdough crust with crispy edges and a light and airy crumb inside.The lime and corn were a delightful and magical combination of fresh and contrasting flavors.
