Duck Rice

Duck was pretty chewy and savoury, and the rice was pretty well done with a strong yam flavour! Came with quite a few vegetables too (some were accidentally cropped out in the photo hahah).

Wow the braised sauce was very good (had it in claypot rice too!!)

It seems like the meat is soy-based. It is well-seasoned and very fragrant! #crf

Rice wasn’t that flavourful but the the gluten based duck was not bad. Love the lil’ pop of red from the cherry tomato! #rice
