They put feta cheese on it - To make it vegan, ask for no feta. The dressing as the server told me, and far as I can tell is oil & vinegar based with no egg or dairy products. It’s fairly tasty and pairs well with the happy hour beer (Hoyne) they have on tap. The happy hour wine is Jackson Triggs - which is not vegan according to Vegaholic app.
