Confetti Chocolate Chipper Sandwich Cookie

Delicious cookie sandwich with a sweet fluffy cream. It was very messy tho. The cookie fell apart after the first bite

This consisted of two chocolate chip cookies with a luscious, thick, and creamy vanilla filling bordered by rainbow sprinkles inside. We had all three: confetti (rainbow sprinkles), vanilla and chocolate ganache, and peanut butter. It was next level dreamy. #saveveganrestaurants
