Cold Crunch Peanut Salad

This consisted of crispy and pillowy tofu, julienned carrots, lettuce, red and green bell peppers, yellow onions, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans in a delicious sweet, spicy, thick, and chunky peanut dressing.
