Cacio e pepe versione veg: tagliatelle molto buone a lavorazione artigianale con crema di anacardi e pepe nero. Consiglio! Piatto gustoso ben riuscito.
Buon piatto di alternativa vegetale alla classica "Cacio e pepe". Pasta fresca molto buona, come anche il formaggio vegetale di anacardi.
Cashew e Pepe is the vegan alternative proposed by Linfa for the traditional Cacio e Pepe, in this dish the cheese is replaced with a cashew cream and all is topped with vegan Parmesan. The result is a very creamy pasta with a cheese-like sauce. It’s a good dish and the quality of the pasta is excellent: you can definitely taste that it is home-made and fresh.
