Avo on Toast

Forget smashing some avocado on some bread - this baby had avocado, quinoa, blistered cherry tomatoes, edamame, CK’s house dukkah, on toasted sourdough with herb oil and lemon with the extra herbed mushroom. No words adequately describe the flavours - it was that good!
