The closest to that horrible brand you will ever get. My husband and I get three to share so we always get a bit extra because it’s that good. They still use polystyrene through which is really disappointing so take your own containers if you can.

This was PERFECTION! One of the best vegan comfort meals ever. I used to love that KFC taste with the mash and gravy, which I haven't had for maybe ten years now, and this was so good, probably even better than the KFC taste 😃😃 The size and quantity was also perfect and filling. KFV “chicken” and chips tasted similar to how I remember KFC chicken tasting. Enjoyable!

The KFV Meal from Buttercup Cafe in Durban is sublime!! This seitan-based battered "chicken" is the best I've ever had. I doubt there's a better one anywhere!! It's served with mash and gravy and coleslaw. Remember to ask for utensils if you're not eating it at home. My favourite vegan restaurant meal even though it's takeaway only. Phone ahead to order. Tastes incredible, my go-to meal when I'm Durban. Just like KFC, only better. 🤗

The kfv meal has amazing 'chicken', seasoned to perfection and the texture is amazing, perfect for newly plantbased ppl, the gravy is on the bland side and not really my cup of tea. I have no complaints for the kfv burger, amazing experience, will certainly come again. Adding chairs for waiting is also a great idea.
