They have a few vegetarian items and it’s clearly labelled which have dairy. This #salad contains mixed salad greens, quinoa, cauliflower frito,
avocado, pico de gallo, pickled shallots, and
chipotle agave dressing.
I’m quite impressed as it’s very flavourful. Especially the cauliflower which is so good. It’s a great balance of flavours from the acidity of the shallots to fattiness of the avocado. It was categorised as a side dish so the portion was larger than I expected.
