blue pea coconut rice

Would b nicer if softer and not sticky. Good try for a first

Coconut and blue pea flower rice. fragrant, tasty and pretty. Better when paired with coco veggies’s range of veggies and tofus and curries. It’s a little pricy if you think of it as a nasi lemak, but I was feeling a little fancy-pants so opted for the posh rice. Coco veggie is one of the few veggie restaurants around this part of town it seems (happy to be corrected). And a great place for a meal. Fully vego with mostly vegan dishes. Food is really good with so much flavour. Ask staff and they’ll tell you which few dishes aren’t vegan.

Wow. This rice was so fragrant. Love the beautiful shade of blue. Went well with the other dishes!
