Black Fungus, Beancurd Skin, Salted Black Beans

A great dish! I personally love the texture of black fungus and I enjoyed that it was shredded and mixed with tofu skin. It was cheaper than the tofu and tempeh dishes which I appreciated because it was a bit lighter. £6.80 for this portion and there was enough to share, and with the rice it was a satisfying meal 🍄🍚 #blackfungus #tofu #beancurd #veganrestaurant
