Bistek a la Plancha

This consisted of a house-crafted seiten steak grilled with onions and served with white rice, house-seasoned beans, and savory tostones (golden fried plantains) with garlic mojito sauce. Bistek means beef steak in Spanish. This plant-based steak was just as tasty as a cow-derived one and so much kinder. The crispy tostones were similar in flavor to potatoes.
