Biscuits And Gravy

Ethos is hands down my favorite place for breakfast. Everything is vegan and I can’t get enough of their biscuits and gravy. I also recommend getting this with tofu scramble!

I’ve tried almost everything at Ethos, and all of their dishes are fabulous.

A staple in the South, but a very first for me! Best way to describe the biscuits is to say they're similar to scones but they're savory and crumblier? Gravy was also rich, savory and buttery. Definitely something to try as a first timer in the area, especially as a vegan. #jaan
