Biscoff Cruffin

This was so delicious. Basically a crunchy muffin or croissant like base, with the most delicious biscoff buttercream to top

A delicious, dense, sugary treat that I definitely wouldn't be able to tell was vegan (as in I was surprised they managed to create a realistic-ish croissant texture with vegan butter)

A super sweet sugary doughy treat with a generous helping of biscoff icing. The biscuit bunny ears are such a cute detail! 🥰🐰

Mix between a croissant and a muffin, basically tastes like a flaky donut, so good!!
