bao med tempeh

A dish listed as #vegetarian on the menu, but it’s indicated as “can be made vegan” (as obviously we ordered it 😉). It was my favourite dish in this #Chineserestaurant in #Gothenburg 🇨🇳🇸🇪 the sauce was sweet and paired so well with the fermented flavour of the #tempeh. Excellent stuff!

Steamed bao buns with tempeh. Make sure to ask to get this one vegan! It was amazing, the absolute best bao I've eaten.
