Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich

I had been following this #vegan bakery online for a while (their instagram is filled with heavenly creations), and I was so happy to finally visit them in Brooklyn. This sandwich was very tasty. The bacon was delicious and the croissant was fresh flaky and buttery. It was delicious but the breakfast sandwiches were very pricey.

I walked up to the counter just after the kitchen closed, so they gave me this sandwich for free!! I’ve never had a bacon egg and cheese before but I really enjoyed this one. The Just Egg was super fluffy and the lettuce added a nice fresh element. Perfectly flaky croissant. Also liked the cheese a lot. I wish the bacon had been crispy but it still had a nice smoky flavor. I’m not a huge scrambled egg fan so probably wouldn’t get this again, but I’m sure vegan BEC lovers would really like this rendition!

What an amazing concoction. Egg, bacon cheese, greens on a croissant. At $16 it won’t be a regular thing for me, but had to try it. Pretty large size, closer to a meal than a snack #bacon #egg #cheese #croissant
