Assam Laksa

This was not bad. It pretty good except the mock meat was not my thing

Divine is a quaint all-vego coffee shop at the tail end of Hougang that sells cheap and good local vegetarian food. One of their best dishes is the Assam Laksa. Just look at those red chillis. ‘Scuse me, I need a moment alone with this dish...

Another family favourite. Lovely laksa, beautiful flavours, spicy and sour. decent portion perfect for sharesies. Divine is a family friendly coffeeshop with lots of vego and vegan dishes. Most of their dishes are vegan, and if egg/dairy are present they usually ask if you’d like them omitted. If you’re after fuss-free and reasonably priced local delights, this is one to consider.

Divine is a lovely vegetarian coffee shop on the tail end of Upper Serangoon Road at a quiet corner of Hougang. This Assam Laksa is a rippa. It’s tangy from the tamarind and pineapples. Not too spicy. The soy fish is crispy and works well with the sour and spicy gravy.
