Alhambre De Heura

A friend of mine just moved to Barcelona and I took her here for dinner, she loved it! She wanted to try the #veganchicken from @heurafoods (which is from #Barcelona), so we chose this plat, where Heura is mixed with #peppers, #onion, melted #vegancheese and #avocado. This could totally have been a non-vegan meal, so similar it was to the real thing!
