All round a pretty meh attempt, decent enough if you're hungry and just need to get food down your system (which applied to me on this day😅) but not something that will live long in the memory 😬 I fall into the camp that thinks even #beehoon needs a substantial amount of wok hei, and this didn't come remotely close 😥
What it did do, was offer a mad pile of #cabbage - who even eats that much cabbage?! 😛 The vegetarian #charsiew was dry and listless, and this was crying out for something spicy (which I duly added from the bank of condiments I keep at home for such contingencies). Solid but unspectacular #noodles.
Actually from the Shaun Shang stall (tongue twister), which is inside the food court which I've tagged this review to 🙂 Oh you need to tell them you don't want egg for this dish, but their menu (even on GrabFood) is really good - you see upfront which have got eggs and/or dairy and you see which ones can be prepared without said eggs and/or dairy 🙂
