Was halfway through the first bite when the panic hit -‘wait this isn’t vegan??’ INCORRECT. These banging chorizo bangers are in fact vegan. They just taste very, vErY much like chorizo.
Pink buns and spicy cauliflower. Could have benefited from a bit more crisp to it
