These tacos have tempeh strips and cabbage in a corn tortilla. They have a chipotle sauce drizzled on them as well. They cook the tempeh really well so it’s really easy to eat. #vegan #tacos #nativefoods #oregon

The Nachos are really good. They have beans, pico, jalapeños a tangy sauce and cashew cheese. My only complaint would be that the cheese more “spread like” and not a queso like cheese. It’s a great value for how much you get too!
