The blanket is actually a mojito gel (which is very original but a bit hard to get the mojito taste). Other than this, the crumble and custard takes you to somewhere else in the world, if not Cuba.
10/10. Traditional Keşkek is made with tearing animal meat apart and contains animal fat. They perfectly caught the balance and proved that a cruelty-free option is totally desirable.

Gives a spark smoky flavor. Combines well with the sauce and red cabbage cristal. Presentation is extra-elegant.
An interesting take on the Aegean seabass meze. Combined with super-thin potato crunches, crushed hazelnut, and a beatiful strawberry sauce. As a person who loves seabass but does not like strawberry, I loved this entrée.
Can be found rasberry, classic chocolate, and pistachio. Tasted classic and pistachio. Pistachio is way better.
