This pho has a very savory broth and the tofu in this dish soaks up all the flavor.

It tasted more like yakisoba than it did pad Thai. It was still pretty good though. Had both tofu and soy curls and the soy curls were extra crunchy so it was a good mixture of textures.

Made with loose leaf tea, Bubble n Tea makes amazing bubble tea. This particular one is Thai iced tea with almond milk and boba. It has a good amount of sweetness and doesn't over power the tea.

Pieology has diaya mozzarella and three plant based "meat" options. The also have multiple veggie topping options. The pizza was great!
