Really yummy! The employee was super nice and attentive with the vegan options. The enchilada was filled with various veggies and potatoes. The burrito option was very similar but filled with rice as well.

There are a few options on their menu that can be made vegan. The gnocchi, which I ordered, is one of them. It was good! I wish there was a little more effort put into it.

Vegan vanilla froyo and even pastries!!! Clear labels for everything! This was fantastic. And the employees were thoughtful with their Covid protocols! I would highly recommend this spot.

Farina makes their own tofu ricotta along with a cashew parmesan. They have a weekly vegan special for their pizza, which is what I ordered. Honestly, it was pretty good! I loved the crust and the ricotta was really well done.

Ordered one each of the chile poblano tacos, calabacitas and carrots, marinated soy chorizo with sides of refried pinto beans and white rice.

Rosie's Pizzeria has vegan cheese! BYO pizza with it. It's pretty good for being in the middle of nowhere.
