Cool and refreshing, this soda is made in shop from Lavender bitters, lime and agave. I was afraid it would taste like perfume, but was pleasantly surprised. It was delightful.

Such a delicious mess! Like the best bbq, the “meat” is tender, sweet, and spicy. Cooked onions, vegan cheez, tomato, and avocado round out the flavors. Served with a properly salty/vinegary kimchee.

I knew the food at Blossom was supposed to be good, but I didn’t know it was THIS good.

This was delicious. We ordered a side of the grilled lodge bread as well. The cheeses were accompanied by dried currants, sliced apples, watermelon radish, and mustard PORCINI TRUFFLE. HARISSA JACK. RED WINE FENNEL. CRACKERS + CONDIMENTS.

Three fat fingers of soft, custardy bread, stuffed with fresh strawberry jam. Served with vegan whipped cream and more chunky strawberry jam. It was so delicious, I almost cried.

Delicious and nutritious, with vegan and vegetarian offerings as well as choices for meat eaters.

Delish Veggie tuna (chickpeas, almonds, dijonsise) in a whole wheat wrap. It’s HUGE, filling and tasty.
