What is this photo of? It doesn’t seem to match either description but it looks pretty tasty.

Apologies, there are two pics- one is the blintzes with sour cream, beetroot and capers and the other is the just egg omelette and bacon. Both vegan, both delicious!

We were visiting Sacramento and popped into Veg Cafe for brunch on a Saturday. I had the latkes with beetroot and sour cream and my husband had the truffle just egg omelette and some vegan bacon and both dishes were fresh, tasty and just fabulous! Cannot recommend this place enough

3-4 vegan appetizer options, vegan lasagne with impossible meatballs for main and a vegan dessert on offer, which we did not try. I had the gem lettuce salad that was extremely fresh and tasty ( although slightly acidic) and my husband had the mushroom polenta bites, which were absolutely delicious (and vegan). The vegan lasagne was tasty but nothing special (too much herby sauce). It was a lovely restaurant and service was amazing too- really enjoyable night and good to see a small restaurant supporting vegans

Had the pad eggplant basil stir fry with rice plus the sweet and sour tofu and the food was fresh and tasty - no fish sauce- and there were lots of other dishes that you could substitute tofu in for the meat - reasonable prices in a lovely little town in Napa Valley.
