Melts so well on toast/in the oven on a pasta bake/in the pan with pasta. Smells and tastes pretty strong of coconut though so I’m not that big a fan of it :( On a quest to find better vegan mozzarella!

Tastes just like regular mayonnaise and has a lighter mouth feel too. Isn’t too garlicky, but just garlicky enough to keep the vampires away. The boyfriend and I think this is the perfect spread for sandwiches or mixed with more
