Curry Leaf Buffalo Roll au Mirisata — Avis de pdxveg (15 sept. 2025)

This was a collaboration between Mirisata and Rad Magic Subs for the Circle V Portland Vegan Food & Drink Festival, which benefitted Equitable Giving Circle and Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition. It consisted of a French roll filled with buffalo soy curls in spicy pepper blend hot sauce, shredded 🥬, curry leaf ranch, 🥒 sambol, and sea salt. It was meaty, saucy, and spicy, a brilliant fusion of the talents of the two businesses.
