There is usually one main course which can be easily veganized by leaving out the dairy at WVV. This veganized pasta (by nixing the parm) was amazing and has me planning my next trip to get some more. Delicious fresh pasta with lemon pistou, patty pan squash, sugar snap peas, morel mushrooms.
