Eggplant Stir-fry au Lian Xin 莲芯膳坊 — Avis de Low Lai Chow (21 juin 2025)

Lian Xin tends to do a competent job with gourds, so I picked this eggplant dish and the luffa along with mee tai mak for breakfast in the pick-your-own bento selection. Would have loved for this to have more of a braised quality to it, but hey, it was decent.
