BBQ sounded really nice on a hot day so I chose this Korean BBQ bowl! It has diced Korean bbq vegan bulgogi, pickled carrot, red cabbage slaw, shelled edamame, cucumber, crunchy chickpea puffs, house-made ginger garlic gochujang aioli. It was a bit sweet with a little heat. I loved all the fresh veggies and the sauce brought it all together nicely. The puffed chickpeas provided such a nice texture! I got a mix of brown rice and spinach to bulk it up while getting even more veggies in there. This bowl is $11 which felt like a really good deal. If you stop at one place in Rochester, make it Old Abe's!
