B.L.T. Club au Willow Vegan Bistro — Avis de Iszy (25 avr. 2025)

Club sandwiches were my favorite sandwich before going vegan, so I always get a bit excited when I see a vegan version. I was a bit surprised they called this a club though. Usually clubs have two kinds of meat (turkey and ham or bacon) and three slices of bread. This only has bacon and two slices of bread. It's really just a fancy BLT. Still delicious either way. Their housemade bacon was really beautiful. It has a vibrant color and tasted really nice. This sandwich also had avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and lemon parsley aioli on grilled sourdough. The aioli is another thing that really drew me in. It made the dish so flavorful and brightened it up a bit.
