Joe & The Juice is always a nice (but expensive) way to start a travel day. I was surprised to see that this time all of the shakes are made with whey protein and collagen by default! Luckily there's a note on the menu saying you can make the shakes vegan by replacing those ingredients with plant protein.

This flavor screamed breakfast to me. It has almond butter, maca powder, banana, and date puree. This was a nice base and easy to drink since it really wasn't sweet or fruity.

JOE & THE JUICE

Joe & The Juice was founded in 2002 by Kaspar Basse, at the time in his late 20s. Its a Danish chain of juice bars and coffee shops around the world. As of 2022 it has over 338 locations globally in Europe, Asia, and Australia with 64 locations in North America. The restaurants serve predominantly coffee, tea, sandwiches, fresh juices, smoothies, and veggie shots made with organic ingredients. They also offer gluten free options for their sandwiches.
