Pistachio Brown Sugar Matcha au Silver Fern | Cafe • Bakery • Wine — Avis de Iszy (14 mars 2025)

This special matcha latte is one of Silver Fern's St. Patrick's Day drinks. It can be iced or hot. I swapped in oat milk to make it vegan. I got pistachio notes on the nose, but I would have preferred a stronger flavor while I was drinking it. The brown sugar was subtle too, but I wouldn't want it too sweet.
