This consisted of seasoned, meaty 🐥-free salad, smoky tempeh 🥓, 🐄🥛-free provolone, shredded lettuce, arugula, juicy tomato 🍅, pickled onion, and vegan chipotle mayo, plus avocado 🥑, on a satisfyingly chewy Dos Hermanos Bakery ciabatta hoagie. The mix of meaty, cheesy, and creamy with crisp, fresh veggies was very satisfying. Served with a pickle and chips.
