I didn't think I'd like this because I wasn't into ribs when I ate meat, but wow am I glad I gave this product a chance. The bones are a fun gimmick, but unnecessary for me. I can't imagine eating this with your hands, so just go in with a fork! The "meat" comes off the "bone" so easily it's really easy to eat around. We marinated ours in Bachan's BBQ Sauce. It was perfect! I really loved the flavor of this vegan meat with the Japanese BBQ. I'm looking forward to trying other Bachan's flavors on these!
