This dish is newly added to the menu, and it looked so interesting! Mock fried fish made from banana flower, under a bed of vegan tzatziki type sauce, with green mango salad on top and surrounded by fried potatoes. It was incredibly yummy! The banana flower was the perfect substitute for fish, as it had that flaky and stringy texture and I believe was wrapped with nori to give it that fish flavour. The green mango salad was so fresh and citrusy, which contrasted nicely with the relatively heavy other components. Certainly unique and I’m glad I tried it.
