Stuffed Cabbage Rolls au Soul Food Kitchen — Avis de donaz (12 janv. 2025)

Stuffed cabbage rolls filled with long grain rice, cremini mushrooms and walnuts, served with a tomato sauce.

The filling was a surprise! A delicious mince taste reminded me of a proper ragù (bolognese sauce). It was thoroughly enjoyable! The tomato bed was more of a puree rather than a sauce; it was very rich and sweet.
