When deciding to eat more plant based, I was afraid that I would have to stop eating my favorite foods. THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH! Before transitioning I tried Ben & Jerry’s non dairy Americone Dream on accident (because I hadn’t read the labeling 😂) and loved it so much! Just because you are replacing/changing what you eat, doesn’t mean that you have to give up what you love! 10/10!!! #plantbasedicecream #benandjerrys #veganicecream

Americone Dream was my favorite before going vegan and it's still my favorite! So happy they eventually made a vegan version ❤️🍨
