Vegan omelette au Amour patisserie vegetale — Avis de fx.k (18 nov. 2024)

This omelette was so beautiful. It might be one of just a couple of savoury items on the menu at time of visit (but do ask them about their formule du jour). made with Silken Tofu, chickpea flour, rice flour and other spices. It was so nice and fluffy and filling yet still rather light 🤯. There’s some grated vegan cheese on the inside which gave it even more depth, but not too much that it was overly cheesy. And even though it looked small it was pretty filling: we were kept full for the rest of the day. Served with a salad and dip which were both tasty and rich in flavours, all for 8 eur. A lovely Fully Vegan and gluten free patisserie and cafe. Vg+gf pastries are to die for, but they do also have smoothie bowls, and hot food like this. Everything is gf but other major allergens aren’t labelled clearly, still I’m sure they can help with queries, they were patient with mine. The lovely person who runs the place was really patient and took time to tell us what each cake was. The cutest puppy lives here too🥰.
