Vegan omelette

This omelette was so beautiful. It might be one of just a couple of savoury items on the menu at time of visit (but do ask them about their formule du jour). made with Silken Tofu, chickpea flour, rice flour and other spices. It was so nice and fluffy and filling yet still rather light 🤯. There’s some grated vegan cheese on the inside which gave it even more depth, but not too much that it was overly cheesy. And even though it looked small it was pretty filling: we were kept full for the rest of the day. Served with a salad and dip which were both tasty and rich in flavours, all for 8 eur. Everything is gf but other major allergens aren’t labelled clearly, still I’m sure they can help with queries, they were patient with mine. De nuevo nos encontramos ante un restaurante vegano con poco sabor. Es como si fueran los primeros vegetarianos y veganos que eran tan sosos de sabor!! No se mucho a qué sabía esta #veganomelette 🤷🏼‍♂️

Omelette du fromage vegan 💕 Costo 8€ Davvero molto buona. È una frittata vegana con all'interno formaggio vegan sciolto. È ottima per un brunch ma non è molto grande e non riempie particolarmente. I have never had a vegan omelette before! And this one was interesting. It was really soft in the middle, kind of a weird texture, like undercooked eggs perhaps? Overall not my favourite but glad I tried it.

Very nice for breakfasts. The food is delicious. I liked the omelette very much. However it’s not incredibly special just a nice structure and mild taste. We had a nice place next to the window and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also sell a few chocolate bars and little cakes.
