This was a great, comforting choice for a cool fall evening. This isn't considered a curry, but it's a stir fry with a spicy, nutty sauce. This dish comes with a 1-star spiciness minimum, but you can request it spicier if you'd like. The peanut in this dish paired so well with the bit of spice. I loved the diversity of veggies too. There was broccoli, summer squash, carrots, bell pepper, cauliflower, pea pods, onion, and garlic. If you like peanuts I'd highly recommend this dish!
