Vegan Platter au Babylonstoren — Avis de zsuz (18 oct. 2024)

A beautifully presented vegan platter which I originally planned to share with one of my friends (she is mostly vegan). However, it looked too good so our other 2 friends decided to dig in. Always happy to share the love, but this was soooo good, I didn’t really want to 🤪

All fruits and veggies are grown on their own farm, besides the salt and pepper.
The marinade of the tomatoes was out of this world delicious. I don’t think I have seen the #vegancheese on the platter somewhere else so it could be their own.
The homemade #preserve gave the right amount of sweetness for the end.

Pair it with their delicious wines. The manager of the restaurant double checked, all white wines are #veganfriendly . I don’t drink red, I didn’t ask but she said our wines are vegan friendly so I assume that includes red too.
